# 38 Protocol finalization principles

Protocol finalization का अर्थ है कि core issuance और rarity rules operator द्वारा मनमाने तरीके से बदले न जा सकें।

Finalization से पहले जिन items को स्पष्ट करना आवश्यक है:

| ------------------- | -------------------------------- |
| Supply limits       | token और NFT supply rules        |
| Probability table   | rarity और attribute probability  |
| PoM formula         | mining work calculation          |
| Claim condition     | NFT claim threshold              |

Finalization के बाद operator को supply बढ़ाने, rarity probability बदलने, या 특정 user को manually high-grade NFT देने की शक्ति नहीं होनी चाहिए।
